Johan Meijer
Johan has more than 10 years of leadership experience in the telecom sector. His cross-functional profile naturally bridges engineering, sales, and finance—built on studies at Chalmers University of Technology and the MSc Management and Economics of Innovation program. He currently serves as CEO and board member of Challenger Mobile Technology AB, a provider of mobile communication solutions, with prior experience as CEO and board member of a Spotlight Stock Market-listed company.
Daniel Hedström
Daniel has over three decades of experience across energy and technology, with deep expertise in solar, battery systems, and energy storage. He is the founder and CEO of Suntrade AB, driving innovative solutions to stabilise the power grid through storage and renewables. Previous leadership roles include Solnord AB and Visualeyes AB, covering technical development, production, and supply chains. His international work spans Europe and China, where he has led production transitions and partnerships.
André Boive Nordqvist
André has over 13 years of experience establishing and leading finance companies, with a focus on loan products. He has advised numerous capital raises and brings substantial expertise in financial transactions. In the past two years he has also deepened his work in the energy sector, particularly within frequency balancing and energy storage technologies.
Mattias Windahl
Mattias has extensive experience in energy efficiency and combustion technology, with a focus on district heating systems. He has led multiple projects aimed at optimising energy use and enhancing sustainability, and has a strong background in corporate governance and strategic leadership—making him a key contributor to developing efficient, profitable operations.
